By engaging SoftFinix Solutions for website design, development or digital marketing services you agree to the following terms.
All prices are quoted in INR and are fixed for the scope agreed in writing. Website projects require 50% advance to begin and the balance before go-live. Monthly marketing packages are billed in advance. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the ad platform unless agreed otherwise.
“24-hour” and “48-hour” delivery timelines start once we have received all required content (text, images, logo) and the advance payment. Delays in client feedback or content extend the timeline accordingly.
Each package includes the number of revision rounds specified in the quote. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Free domain, hosting and SSL are provided for the first year on eligible packages. Renewals after the first year are charged at prevailing rates. Free maintenance covers security updates, backups and minor fixes — not new features or redesigns.
You warrant that all content you provide is owned or licensed by you. On full payment, ownership of the delivered website design and content transfers to you; third-party themes, plugins and stock assets remain under their own licences.
Because design work begins immediately, advances are non-refundable once work has started. If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, we will refund amounts paid for undelivered work.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party platform changes (Google, Meta, Shopify, hosting providers) or results that depend on factors outside our control, such as advertising budgets or market conditions.
